So.  How do you start a blog?

 

This is my first post in my first blog.  Congratulations, Debbie!

 

I guess I should start by explaining what is this blog, and what is its purpose.  I intend to use this blog for writing about my meat-cooking hobbie, including recipes, tips, products and general things about it.  I guess I will also use it as a platform for general musings:  About life in general, my kids, etc.  I hope other people will find it interesting.  I hope you, whoever you are, will comment here, and share with me your own views about whatever I am writing.
